Three worker owner San Francisco Bay Area businesses show what it's like to work collectively and successfully deal with problems in a truly democratic way. The Cheeseboard Bakery and Cheese shop with 25 employees, Rainbow Grocery with 150 employees, and Inkworks, a printing shop with 30 employees are managed solely by their workers. They were founded 25 years ago and provide their workers with benefits and a good living.
